This doesn't fix SC for 2 reasons. 1) SCs still do too much damage against sub caps. With no resist bonuses, a heavy bomber pilot would **** himself when the SC deploys fighters. Or even ogres FFS. 2) Hot dropping small gangs is still an issue....
